Aztec Snake 1.

Hi again my friends, , I am here with a new deviation with the camera of my lap, this time is a family´s treasure, , this Snake´s Head as an Aztec Sculpture is on fact an imitation, yeah, as you read, it´s not of the times of the Aztec Empire or of the Spanish Conquest, it was done by an uncle, the litlest brother of my father, named Raúl, he found the stone with the necesary and the perfect form and he carved the details with a drill on a table for works on wood, but with a drillhead for stone, and he carved so a very convincent Aztec Snake with short nose, !!! I found it on the box of a piece for small clothes on my room, and I wanted to take at least three photos to it for every main side, and I am very proud of this deviation, and most for the fact that my uncle is alive yet, and he deserved all the credit for this artwork, and I was remembering that my father (+) and me tried to do the sam with a real one axehead of stone, a green one, and well, my father damaged a bit it, perhaps the thing with my uncle was he found a weaker stone than that of true silex, and stronger than the anothers, but every one brother and my grandfather, their father, have or had different artistics talents, my grandfather and one of his brothers, draw, and my father too and carved soaps better than me if you have seen my carved soaps, it was a pitty my mother sended to the garbage the models that my father did long time ago, as it was too a pitty I did cut the matrix wood of the only one carving on wood, Xilography, I have done on my life, and I have not too the inked copies, and it´s the same with my model on yesum and my model of the human eye, and so, many things of some years ago, thanks to God I have my notebook with some poems, and I found this, because I wanted to submitt it here, for share it with all you, my friends and for to give the deserve credits to my uncle Raúl, . I hope you like them, and I hope to found the sculputures on metals that did my father, and some of them are here yet, thanks to God, !!!
